We are a competitive swimming team serving all levels of the sport. We offer a variety of programs from the beginning of the sport through the National/International level including a masters(adult) fitness and competitive program.

2012 Capital City Kids' triathlon

The Capital City Kids' triathlon will take place on July 14th this year.  You can now register online.  We hope to have everyone on our team participating and invite your friends and family!  Anyone from 4 to 18 can participate!
